Each conference area is outfitted with the newest Polycom technology and the entire office has an open and welcoming feel, helping promote more interaction from McCarthy’s high-performing teams and addressing the best ways to serve clients.

The flexible collaborative spaces are reflective of the way business has changed, especially that McCarthy engages from an early point. In lieu of the traditional management and estimating base, the office environment now caters to a wider audience to support the significant design, preconstruction and VDC efforts now commonplace in the industry. Having meeting spaces of varying size, function and technology allows the team to cater to the user group based on specific needs to promote workplace efficiency.
