Located in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Lee Business School is home to nearly 4,000 students and ranks among the top 5 percent of business colleges and schools worldwide.

CSD is currently providing design services for the new 135,000 square-foot Business Academic Building that will be the home of their prestigious program. The new facility will be transformative for students, faculty, staff, campus, and community; reflecting the mission of the Lee Business School to cultivate leaders who transform business. The building is conceived as a catalyst for engagement with the business community and will become the new gateway to campus. Built to ensure student success, the business building will provide advanced technology in state-of-the-art classrooms, collaboration spaces supporting faculty-student interaction, advanced laboratories, offices, an “incubator space” for student ventures, and sterling executive education space reflecting the status of a world-class business school.

This project is targeting LEED Gold, Green Globes and WELL Building Certifications.
