The main goal of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation (AACF) and the CSD team was to develop an overall vision for the school that reflects and enhances the educational experience while creating a school that the students are aware is unique and special. This design-build project consists of master planning and designing the K-12 campus in three phases. Separate facilities for K-5, 6-8, 9-12, a gymnasium, separate outdoor play areas are all located on 7.8 acres. Phase II includes the middle school, a 2-story, multipurpose building and an addition to the existing elementary school. The school was designed to include the latest technology in computing, fiber optics, telecommunications, distant learning, video conferencing, security, acoustics and day-lighting strategies.
