CSD was hired to design the new 18,000 s.f. tilt-up Boot Barn located on Las Vegas Boulevard. Boot Barn is a well-established national retail company catering boots, hats, clothing, jewelry and more. Boot Barn outgrew their existing building and decided to relocate its Boot Barn brand to the new building just west of the original Boot Barn structure. The original building will house only their Western Worker brand. CSD worked with Martin Harris from the start of the project with this design/build effort.
