The Clark County Library District - East Las Vegas Library project includes the new construction of a 44,370 s.f. library building located on the east side of Las Vegas, Nevada that will serve an overlooked neighborhood. The facility functions as a community hub offering technology, wifi, workforce training, cultural event space, story room, conference space, collaboration space, study space, recording studio, green screen room, tech arts lab, computer lab, tutoring, classrooms, café, staff areas and outdoor event space. The project also features a 10,775 s.f. library stack with seven reading areas and a 3,476 square foot multipurpose room with a 300-seat capacity.
The project is LEED Gold Certified.
