CSD has worked with Jones Lang LaSalle to renovate an existing building for AMR as they moved their operations from their downtown facility. CSD was asked to assist with evaluating their office space requirements. The functions of the new space included offices, training rooms, administrative areas, server room, conference space and dispatch center. Warehouse functions included exterior wash bay, vehicle lifts, backup generator, possible parking modifications. CSD provided architectural services for the Immediate Primary Services and Future Interior Architecture & Design Services which included base building improvements to bring the building up to code and to attain greater building system operational performance and efficiencies.
