The Clark County Department of Family Services is planning a new home at the Clark County Government Center campus on South Grand Central Parkway. The multistory building will include a parking garage with approximately 500 spaces. Family Services currently has eight sites throughout the community and about 800 full-time and part-time employees. This facility will centralize all eight departments into one efficient building, which will also include the Southern Nevada Child Assessment Center (SNCAC).

This project is targeting LEED Silver Certification.
