CSD has provided interior design services for the new hotel towers consisting of 12 Loft Suites, 64 “C” Suites, 3 Presidential Suites, 266 King Typical Rooms, 365 Queen Typical Rooms and ADA Suites for each for a total of 710 Keys. CSD will also provide the corridor program for the two hotel towers. In addition to this we will also be providing interior design services for an approximately 12,930 SF Spa, 3000 s.f. Restaurant, 1500-2000 s.f. Golf Club House and the Pool Patio Furniture Package. There will also be separate drawings and specifications for one Model Room.
