This project is an office space in Downtown Summerlin for the Ivan Sher Group. IS Luxury is a local realtor specializing in the high-end luxury residential market in Las Vegas.

The scope of work consisted of converting an existing 4,200 SF of retail space and adding 2,000 SF for a second-floor mezzanine level. The space includes a reception and lobby seating area, open workstations, small conference rooms, private offices, administrative workstations, refreshment bar and other various accessory use spaces. The open office space at the lower level is dubbed the “Hotel Lobby” and stages meetings, workspaces, and evening parties. The atmosphere is casual, elegant, and flexible. The Architectural and Interior Design is inspired by the IS Luxury brand and incorporates natural wood tones, gold and black accents and nature inspired accessories.
