CSD provided design services to the Nevada State Contractors Board for tenant improvements to their new office located at the UNLV Research and Technology Park. The 11,991 square foot space was an existing core and shell office building on the ground level. The program design included a public lobby and reception area, a board room, private offices, open office cubicles, interview rooms, conference rooms, copy areas and storage space.
