The Roseman University tenant improvement consisted of an existing 6,240 s.f. state-of-the-art Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) facility located in a 12,035 s.f. existing building that services the public and serves as a hands-on training and teaching facility for Roseman students and faculty. The remaining space is master planned for future clinic growth as well as a separate pediatric dental clinic. The new facility utilizes DIRTT (Do It Right This Time), a pre-fabricated wall system to provide max flexibility to each space for future needs. This project consists of an outpatient dental clinic that includes one surgical room, six operatory rooms with sterilization and x-ray areas, dental lab, restrooms and miscellaneous support rooms and offices and was designed for future growth.
