The Summerlin Centre Bus Shelters incorporate the contemporary material palette of Downtown Summerlin with the functional requirements of the Regional Transportation Commission. Shade canopies and fixed seating areas are strategically placed to maximize summer shade. Landscape planters are integrated into the shelters, creating a natural break in the hardscape. An employee restroom was also incorporated into the layout. This project combines multiple complexities into a cohesive and functional design for Downtown Summerlin and RTC.

CSD was the Design Architect contracted by Howard Hughes. KGA was the AOR contracted by the RTC.
