Town and Country - General

Las Vegas, NV

8,204 s.f.

2003 NAIOP Merit Award

The Nebraska-based Town & Country Bank wanted to create a flagship facility for their first bank to be located in Las Vegas. The client requested the facility reflect the images of the Midwest; secure and friendly while responding to the desert climate. CSDA tailored the design of this facility to meet their specific program requirements while expressing their Mid-western heritage. Clerestory windows flood the building with indirect natural light providing for a healthy work environment while deep roof overhangs provide shade. An abundance of wood and stone was used inside to convey the warm & friendly Mid-western feel. Stone buttress walls support the main building volume accomplishing the owners desire to convey a sense of security and permanence befitting their business.
