UNLV's Education Outreach and Lifelong Learning Institute is a vibrant community of retired and semi-retired adults who learn, engage, and grow together. This tenant improvement of the existing UNLV's Public Education Foundation Building and warehouse space gives the Institute a dedicated home on campus.

The program brings together classrooms, offices, a green room, and a fashion and arts lab. Sound, technology, and flexibility were treated as essential throughout the design, supporting users who benefit from comfort and ease in their surroundings, and the new space promotes a welcoming environment that comfortably accommodates students.

Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects provided a full program assessment along with design services from design through construction, including the addition of parking to support users.
