The Las Vegas Business Center for Valley Electric Association, Inc., is designed to showcase Valley Electric's presence in Southern Nevada. It's a 33,080-square-foot, two-story masonry engineering building with a mechanical yard, Guard Shack, and geothermal field site work.

The layout of the business center is a testament to its adaptability, designed to cater to a variety of business functions. The strategic use of daylighting throughout the space, reflected in the varying ceiling treatments, lighting layouts, and presentation screens, enhances the work environment.

At the heart of the project is the Nevada Room, an area that includes mobile furniture for a variety of uses, from daily office activities to corporate events and entertainment. A catering kitchen and dining area open into the central Nevada Room.

The owner's desire to celebrate the state of Nevada resulted in the development of the Heritage Room, where users can see films on Nevada's history surrounded by an interior color palette of silver, gray, and blue.
